Pastor Happy Caldwell
Pastor Happy Caldwell is the founder and Pastor of Agape Church in Little Rock, Arkansas. He is also the founder and president of VTN (Victory Television Network). In 1979 the Lord spoke to him to build a spiritual production center to deliver the Gospel throughout the city, state, nation, and world. Today Pastor Caldwell travels worldwide preaching the Word of God with a simplicity that brings a revelation of the character of God to those who hear. He is also a successful author, and together with his wife, Jeanne, has recorded several Gospel music albums. Pastor Caldwell has an honorary Doctor of Divinity degree from Oral Roberts University and is a recipient of the Peter J. Daniel's Achievement Award.

Cathie Dorsch
Cathie Dorsch is an Associate Minister, and has been on staff at Agape Church since 1980. She produced Kids Like You, a nationally and internationally syndicated TV program for children, and is the author of Confessions for Raising Winning Kids. She is now over Ministry Operations for the church, life groups, and our ministry to young adults.

Dr. Ron Swager
Dr. Ron Swager is Executive Vice President of Agape College in Little Rock, Arkansas. He previously served as Director of Economic Development Education and Research Professor for the Institute for Economic Advancement at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.. Prior to joining UALR, he served for twenty years as Professor and Director of the Masters Program in Economic Development at the University of Southern Mississippi. Dr. Swager received his Ph.D. in geography and economic development from the University of Illinois in 1975.

Jeanne Caldwell
Jeanne Caldwell is the co-founder of Agape Church and VTN (Victory Television Network) in Little Rock, Arkansas. She ministers the Word of God with boldness and clarity, sharing with authority and experience how to defeat the devil in spiritual warfare and how to be led by the Spirit of God. In addition to her powerful teaching, Jeanne is an anointed singer. Thousands have been blessed through her personal ministry and through her weekly television program, "In His Presence" and through the many recordings she has made in her 25 years in the ministry.

Jim Grant
Jim Grant is an Associate Minister and General Manager over VTN (Victory Television Network). He manages a staff of 25 employees in three full power TV stations that cover over half the state of Arkansas, the boot-heel of Missouri and the Memphis area. Prior to accepting a calling into the ministry in 1996, Jim spent 20 years in broadcast management as a General Manager and corporate officer for two of Arkansas' most successful broadcast corporations. He is also a past President of the Arkansas Broadcasters Association. Jim and his wife Cindy, also an ordained minister, have a heart for the people of Arkansas and are constantly pursuing VTN's assignment to cover our state with the good news of Jesus Christ.

Montie Mansur
Montie Mansur is an Associate Minister and Children’s Minister.  He grew up attending Agape Church and is a graduate of the Agape School of World Evangelism.  With a love for children and their families, he brings an innovative anointing to children’s ministry.  His desire is to Produce Life in this New Generation.  He has a passion for Christian education and is actively involved in the promotion and development of Agape Academy.  Montie and his wife Sara, have two children, Everett and Emma Katherine.
